2021 1st Half Scores
Did you ever want a scientific confirmation of what you already know? Here it is.
We all know that the front side plays a little more difficult than the back and that our score is on average higher on the front than it is on the back. If you look at the bottom of this table you would see that, on average, our golfers are shooting about 3 strokes better on the back. yet the diffs are favoring the front by about 1/3 of a stroke. So almost equivalent. This proves that the course rating is about right.
I always felt that I've been playing the front relatively better than the back. The numbers in this table proves it, my average diff is 2.2 strokes better on the front.Take a look at your numbers, if you're blue, it means that you favor the front and if you're red it means that you favor the back.
